Llangollen The section of the canal between the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and the town of Llangollen runs along a ledge high above the valley floor. There are several "one-way working" sections where it is advised to have one of the crew (Mary Ellen in this case) run up ahead to look for oncoming boats. |
