(Oxford to North of Somerton)
The long journey back up the South Oxford Canal took us through familiar countryside. When we last went through Shipton Weir Lock, it was raining heavily. Today, the umbrellla was providing shelter from the sun. Just beyond that lock is the River Cherwell.
