(Warwick, bridge 46 to Warwick, Saltisford Arm)
It was a very short walk from the Saltisford Arm to Warwick Castle. Warwick Castle is said to be the finest mediaeval castle in all of England. Castle highlights included a Great Hall with armour exhibits, fabulous vistas from towers you can climb, realistic wax figures (The Castle is owned by the Madame Tussauds people), well laid out exhibits and the world's largest Trebuchet. This was a very worthwhile tourist attraction.
