(Warwick to between Napton Junction and Braunston)
This was our mooring spot on the Grand Union canal between bridges 100 and 101. Even before coming on this trip, I had read about a man often seen in this area who people were being warned about, due to his penchant for breaking into boats. I had seen a poster with a photo about this man while at the marina in Fenny Compton earlier on the trip as well. Then, on this evening, I saw a man first walk east, then later, west again past our boat. I got a good look at his face when he walked by, as he looked directly at me. I'm almost certain it was Anthony Ernest Finch, the man I had read about. I said nothing to Mary Ellen or Kyle, not wanting to unduly scare anyone. Now, I'm sure they probably don't believe me anyway :-)
