Ellesmere
Junction Day 2: Sunday, June 22, 2003 Just ahead (on the right) is a British Waterways facility just before the junction at Ellesmere. This was the morning of our second day out and would have been a good time to take on water as we were passing. Instead, we pulled in here after a night moored in Ellesmere. The boat hire company provided enough fuel for the whole week, but it was advised to take on water daily to be assured of having enough for drinking, dishes, showers etc. |
